In the first 6 months, we saw a 43% increase in the conversion rate of our followers to customers, with one branch of hotel seeing 59% rise in followers compared to the previous month where there was no paid-activity.

Alongside organic content and community management we launched bespoke offer codes, competitions and other ways to engage the travelling audience all pushing to the goal of increasing hotel bookings.
